Hi, I have a question regarding the US land crossing.
—My husband (H1B) is approved till July 2028.
—My h4 and h4 ead is pending approval .(current validity till July 2025).
—In passport my stamped visa and my husbands stamped visa is expired (2021).
—Can I (H4) cross the border with a copy of approved h1’s I797 and get my I94 extended?
Please help.
