i94 Expired

This I‑94 expiration happened about six years ago when I was on H‑1B. The I‑94 expired because my passport had expired. I renewed my passport within 30 days, and on the 35th day I traveled to my home country and returned, so the total gap was 41 days. Will this cause any issues when I apply for U.S. citizenship? I received my green card three years ago, and I will be eligible to apply for citizenship after five years
 
No. If it did not cause issues when you got your green card (and it wouldn't), it wouldn't cause issues later as a green card holder.
