I94-delay in processing times at TSC

I spoke to the INS customer representattive, who says that it will take 10 months to process I102 cases.My application date is september 16th 2002.By july 16th 2003 it will be 10 months and she says i will hear something about it by that date.If i dont hear they will put up a status check and it will take time.But what i see from the latets update in your website is that it has been the same date from october 2002 till june 15th 2003,with a processing date of august 6th 2002.so there is a gap of 40 days days between my date and the current processing date,so will they really clear all the cases with this 4odays gap by july 16th which they could'nt do from last 8 months.Plz let me know what is actaully going on at the texas service center regarding the I102.
