I94 Card issued with H1B transfer v/s I94 received when you enter the country

Hello,

I have a I94 Card that i received when i entered the country. The expiry date on the I94 is 31st Nov 2005. I did a HIB Transfer and have an approved H1B that is valid untill March 1st 2006. Can i stay beyond 31st nov 2005 and will i still be on status? Which I94 holds weight in this situation?
