Hi. My green card is up for 10 year renewal . I have biometrics interview soon. I was arrested 1 year ago ,but case was dismissed ,not even filed ,my question is this: should i even tell them about this ,or show them the disposition of arrest docket ,can they refuse me for this ? help!
