Now My question is:

On the I9 form,

In Section 2:

In the List A document section (Employer asked me to fill this, though he should do it)

Document Title : Permanent Resident Card
Issuing Authority: USCIS ( Is that correct ?)
Expiration Date : I have provide the expiry date which is on my GC (Is that correct?)

I Appreciate your replies.

Your guess is correct. At the same time, as you mentioned,
you SOHULD NOT be filling this information. You are supposed to provide your PR Card to the HR and they are supposed to verify that (your name, photo etc) and take a copy for themselves and give you back the Card.

Good luck
