Folks,
Senator's office contacted and informed me that INS is waiting for the I-89 form in order to issue the physical card and also they still have my old address.
I had done passport stamping Oct, 2003, gave I-89 form & submitted AR-11 form well before that!!!
Now, what should I do?? Call them or go to local INS office?? Please advise!!!!!
