Hi,
I am a US citizen. I had filed I-130 for my spouse and it has been approved. I have then been contacted by NVC to pay the AOS fee and my wife has been contacted to send DS3032 form. My AOS fee has been accepted and it is showing a status of PAID. Should I wait for the NVC to authorize me to fill the I-864 AOS form or can I go ahead and fill it out and send it?
Also, there are 2 forms I-864 and I-864EZ. When i go through the I-864EZ eligibility, I qualify for using the I-864EZ. So should I go ahead and use this form rather than I-864?
