I am planning to apply for GC for my parents. My parents are in India. They never came to US before. Do I need to apply I864 (affidavit of support) with I130. So far as per what I see, looks like I need to wait for NVC (National Visa Center) to send me some document for affidavit of support. Please let me know, if anyone has applied and know the procedure.
