I864 vs I864 EZ

I am currently on a H1-B. I am planning to apply for GC after my spouse becomes a USC(In Mar). We have been filing our taxes together for the last 2 years. I am not sure if will be working after my GC. So should we file for I864EZ?

If i file for I864 EZ can we submit the joint tax return transcripts for the proof of income. How would the IRS determine what my spouse's salary if we submit the joint tax return transcripts.

Please advise.

If you file the transcripts you need to also contact the IRS and request a copy of the W-2/1099 transcript. You might have to request it under both of your SSN. That should show what part of the income is who.
