Family based I485 question.
My mother, who is a dependent, (retired) and is sponsoring my sister for GC.
Since her income does not meet 125% poverty line, we have a joint sponsor.
For my mum's I-864 form,
1. Do we need to write a separate letter saying she is a dependent and has not filed tax return with IRS, do we need to show that she was a dependent on tax filing?
2. In part 4, B (sponsor household size), "list persons in line 1-3"
-does it include the sponsor herself (mum) + current immigrant sponsoring (my sis)?
Sorry for what may sound like "silly questions" but I just want to do it right.
