Hi everyone,
I just received an RFE stating that my husband should file I864 after having filed the I864EZ for a 100% of poverty level since he is on active duty but I forgot to submit his military proof and now they are asking us to file I864 with 125% poverty level! I am sooooooooo confused here.
why are they asking us to file affidavit of support for 125% poverty level when my husband is in active duty? is it because I failed to submit my husband's proof of being in active duty?
Should my husband file I864 and submit along his proof of being in active duty or should he just send the proof of him being in active duty alone?
Any help would be appreciated.
