Going through the whole family based GC process is a little stressful without an attorney, so I have to make sure I do everything correctly. I've read the stickys and I know 99% of the things but there are always questions arising. (Going through the process with an attorney is even more stressful though...

So my question is:
Wife just became USC. We've been married for 3 and a half years and filed the last 3 years tax returns jointly as a married couple. It looks like my wife's income alone will be enough to beat the 125% of the poverty line (currently $17,500), which means that I (the beneficiary) won't have to be a joint sponsor. My wife got W2's from work.
Now do we file an I-864 or an I-864EZ ?
I think my wife's income was in the low to mid 20K last couple of years. That should be enough right? Or should I also enlist as a joint sponsor? (Our combined income has been 50-70K a year in the last 3 years.)
