Im the intending inmigrant and my spouse is the citizen. My income is 42k, and in the 864 instructions it says "if you include the income of the intending immigrant who is your spouse evidence that his/her income will continue from the current source after obtaining lawful permanent resident status must be provided"
Does anyone know what kind of evidence should I provide?? Im not currently in the best relation with my employeer so the less the better.
