I am in very difficult situation ...... I am conditional resident (green card ) based on marraige, which has now fallen appart . MY Us citizen spouse is now trying to have out marrage annuled , inorder to try and have the I 864 conditions terminated , plus make me leave the country . I face a very nasty and expencive court batle , unless there is any way i can relase her from the afidavid of support ......... any sugestions ???
