I864 - Affidavit - Notarize ?

Hi Everyone,
Thank you very much for providing such a wealth of information on thid forum . I am a new US citizen , getting ready to file AOS for my wife. I noticed a few posts talking about notarizing the I864 . Is this needed ? Or cane we fill the form , attach the required documents and submit along with the package ?

No need to notarize

UM-MBA,

No need to notarize, please use a new updated version of the I-864. Also, no more certified copies of evidence, just make a copy from your house or kinkos and you will be fine.

So, don't worry about notarizing anything....
