I854 - Interview. Help Please

I have received Interview notice from my local INS OFFICE. In that letter they mentioned that I need to appear for the interview with the petitioner.

I AM WONDERING WHO WOULD BE THE THE Pettitiner?

Do I need to take my attonery with me?
