Is this NOA related to fingerprinting? It says "Receipt" and has the amount I paid. It does not mention anything about fingerprinting, place, and time I should go. Did I miss the date?

This means your application has been received.You should get a letter for fingerprint very soon.

This NOA is just akowledgement that USCIS received your application and it shows your priority date, soon you should receive another NOA telling you about your FP place and date.
When you receive your FP app. place/date, you can try to have FP done early walk-in, most of the ASC location allows early FP
