Hi, guys need your help. Please advice
I am currently transferring my H1 visa to other company. Transfer is in process and expected to be processed in 45 days.
My ex employer has filed for my I140and I485 and i have received BIOMETRICS appointment on 11/02/07 in CA.
Now i am confused whether i will be eligible for:
1) H1 transfer to another employer.
2) Can i still go for fingerprints?
3) My wife was planning to come here on H4 and i did NOT file for her I485?
What is the best thing for me to do at this time??
Any good immigration law firm in Orange county??
Please help as this is causing great worries to me.
Will appreciate your help.
