I797- Receipt notice

How long it takes to get the receipt notice nowadays? Any idea...???
I have applied for my EAD and AP thru. my attorney 10 days back.

you should be getting it in about 10 days

CSC is doing pretty well on issuing receipt nitices..

In my case it took 14 days to receive!!

Although it took 14 days to receive the physical receipt, the notice data on the receipt was the date they received it ( i.e., 14 days ago) which is good. Hope this helps.

For my case, I still didn't receive it. It already past 20 days.
