My present H1 expired on sept 30 2003, I applied for H1 renewal on august 5th 2003. I waited until November 2003, Then I upgraded it to premium processing . I got approved on December 16th 2003. But INS sent my approval notice to a different address. Again we called back to them lot of times at last today I got my approval notice (I 797 A). But I found that My company name on the visa is not correct. company name and company address(petitioner address) is not correct.
Did any one had this issue before, my attorney said tomorrow he is going to call the INS , Can any one has any idea, how long it will take to get the correction.
I am planning to go to India in march.
Please reply me , if any one has any knowldge on this issue
