I765 transfred to Local Office : Please help

My I765 has been transfered to local office (Baltimore, MD) (both primary and beneficiary applications)

I recieved a notice (dated July 15, 2004) from the local office saying we have received your application and will send the I797 once the decision is taken. It is taking 80 days.

I got my interim EAD from the local office on the same day i.e. July 15, 2004.

I'm all confused. Can anyone tell me what's going on?

Has anyone had the same experience?
