I765 Rejection Notice due to incorrect fee

I recently filed I-130, I-485, I-765 concurrently to the Chicago Lockbox. Yesterday I had just received Receipt Notices for all of I130, 485 and 765, but along with the receipts I received a REJECTION NOTICE FOR I-765 together with my check!The reason being "Form was submitted with an extra remittance that is not required to process your application or the incorrect fee was submitted."

The Rejection notice was actually printed 3 days before the Receipt notices. As far as I know, the check I wrote was the correct amount for I-765 ($340).

What does this mean? I got both a receipt and a rejection.
On the receipt it says amount received "0" because they had returned my check with the rejection notice.
What should I do now?

I filed cocurrently .. and my lawyer said that I765 and I 131 are free now if you file it with the new I485 fees

Maybe some one else should confirm it
but i didn't send checks for AP and EAD

This is in the CIS webpage for I-765 filing:

If you filed a Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, on July 30, 2007, or after, then no fee is required to file a request for employment authorization on Form I-765.

Is there a receipt number on the rejection notice???
 
Hi thanks for the replies.

The receipt number on the rejection notice matches only my I485 receipt number, not the i765.

Am i ok?

If you filed a Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, on July 30, 2007, or after, then no fee is required to file a request for employment authorization on Form I-765. You may file the I-765 concurrently with your I-485, or you may submit the I-765 at a later date. If you file Form I-765 separately, you must also submit a copy of your Form I-797C, Notice of Action, receipt as evidence of the filing of an I-485.
