I765 Port of entry question

Hi everybody, need help

I entered into USA from San Francisco in 1997. This summer I was on 10 day trip to Canada and return through Montreal to Chicago. Did not submit my I94 to airline company.
When return back I passed US Immigration/customs on Canadian territory in Montreal. They stamped my passport with "US immigration MON". Plane landed in Chicago on domestic terminal then.

Question: What should I enter as my Last Port of Entry on I765 renewal application - San Francisco, Montrel or Chicago.
