I765 filing has special instructions ?

Hi,
I am waiting for my GC my petition got approved on Aug 28 2007.

I was hoping I would get it by this time

Anyway,
I am now filing for I 765 so that I have some flexibility in terms of employment (I am on H1b )

The form is pretty simply however on the USCIS website it mentions "special instructions" I couldn't see where I can find them.

The form itself is only one page and I am not clear what additional documents should be sent (required or beneficial to speed up the approval).

Also,
Do you think if I do send I765 my GC (pending name check) would get delayed ?

Any help and info in this matter would be beneficial

Answer to my question

Well,
Since I found out the answer here it is in case someone else needs this or if there is an additional comment

Since I was filing I-765 separately for Employment authorization (apart from H1b) I was not clear as to what additional documents I need to send.

I would require an Alien number which I would get from my I-485's receipt.
Also, I would have to attach I-485's receipt so that they can attach it to my GC application.
