I765 eligibility

Hi,

I am having trouble understanding how to answer question 16 of I-765 form. I am on H1B status and married to USC.

Any help on where can i find the details about Eligibility values? Any idea what would be my Eligibility value for question 16?

I went to Part 2 of the form and I think i will fall under Family-Based Nonimmigrants category which say page #3. But page #3 of what? where?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks,

Just read the form instruction a little bit harder. :-) It is on the first page.

This affects aliens residing in the locations above who are filing Form I-765, seeking employment authorization under 8 CFR 274a.12 in the following categories:
(a)(10) - Aliens granted Withholding of Removal;
(c)(9) - Aliens filing a family-based application for adjustment of status (Form I-485) who are presently required to file with the USCIS local office having jurisdiction over their place of residence;
(c)(10) - Aliens applying for suspension of deportation or cancellation of removal, except those applying for NACARA 203 relief;

Thanks Hubert. I knew it has to be there. But I swear, when someone is stressed sometimes he can't see things right infront of his eyes... :-)

Apparently, newcomers aren't taking you seriously anymore Ari. You have to provide evidence and links when responding to their easily-answerable-what-they're-asking-about-is-right-there-in-front-of-their-eyes questions :)
