I765 approved/ I140 not

HI,
i applyied for I-140/ I-485/ I-765
i recived a notice of FP. for i-485 and i recived an e-mail from the immiration telling me the my I-765 is approved but the bad news i recieved a Notice for more evidence and information regarding the I-140 what's that mean, and what about if the I-140 dined should i loss all the cases, (PC. i got my LC. after long fight for 5.5 years , i thought this was the end of the suffering) if u can help, plz adivce me.
 
What was the Notice for further evidence for? This is the important part here. If you can easily resolve the RFE you will not have any problems.
