Currently my I765 was approved and i got my card yesterday,
my question is, does that means my sponsor did qualify to sponsor me? or they dont check that yet? the reason i ask it's because of everything i sent i was kind of scare i may be rejected because my sponsor W-2 shows enough income but he shows a loss on his taxes for his home (short-sales) the last 2 years.
I765 status: Card/ Document Production
I485 status: Acceptance
I130 status: Initial Review
