I751: where to go for an Infopass?

Hello,

The Vermont center mailed me 2 copies of the biometric
appointment but forgot to send the NOA extension
letter.
I guess I need an infopass and speak up about the error.

Does anyone know if I have to go to Vermont directly
or can I schedule the appointment
at a local office? (I live in Queens , NY )

The online appointment schedule seems to have
availability only for Vermont, Buffalo,Syracuse,

way far from where I live
