removal proccessing and i751 waiver
hello evryone i need some help plz ,i get married in my country oversea in 2006 and get my conditional residence when i get here after 1 month of 10/01/2007 we get im and my ex on alots problemes and we fighted alots that make my marriage don t work and we divorced in november 2008 ,in 2009 i have to file my i751 but i can t because i have no money for the fee and i not have documents in that time ,ey put me in removal proceding and i meet with the judge and he alowed me to file withs the immigration my i751 waiver anyway ,and i filed it and im waiting for the result ,my question if this documents enough and help that what i can find,i put ,
-letter from my ex mother in law
-income tax with my ex together
-paper work for a car with both names
-papers showing we live in the same adress because i can t get copy of the lease ,the manager of the apartement she told me after 4 yrs we get ride of the files
-pictures for my ex wife with members of my family and my parents and it show how she been so welcome
-paper from my employer on it the same adress as her and showing i put her emergency contact and the relation my wife
-emails between us before i come here it show she pregenant and alots dreams we have together (we lost the baby later when i get here she get sick)
-letter from a women she know me and her and she always see me with her and her family when we go over her busniss
-copy of the divorce ,she failed it and it show we agree for evrything with peace
-some papers showing my ex changed her last name to my family name
i ask my ex wife to she write for me letter explain evrything she refuse to help me ,i ask her of copy of her inssurance because i been with her covred and statement of the phone because my line be by my name on her account she say she don t haves copys at nothing ,even we still talk and we good friend
another thing i not have bills paid by both name because she been living in this apartement for 10 yrs before i come i just been giving her the money and she pay evrything ,
finaly i know it s long but realy im stressed and want some opinion if this enough or not and i swear i try to make this marriage work but alots problemes make it worse ,and im well educated and my ex too she teacher high school plz help me and tell me what s next and i already have attorney but he not talk with me because his office in el passo and im in odessa i deal with a person work for him in odessa office , thank u evryone for taking time and read my inquiry
