I751 :Biometrics taken but not NOA extension yet: is it normal??

Hello filers,

I mailed my I 751 on sept 18, check cashed Sept 24
and 2 identiacl Biometric letters recieved Oct 02.

Biometric taken the Oct 13, BUT not received yet the
One year extension NOA letter, is that normal??

Is it possible USCIS made a mistake mailing one letter in the place of another?

Also, the Biometric letter has a EAC application # with a total of
13 carachters; The check I sent for fees+ biometrics has
a different EAC # on top (total of 13 carachters):

does anyone have a clue of this EAC numbers and how they work?

The application number on your Biometrics letter should be your case number.

The 2 Biometric letters may contain different codes.

Ignore the number on the back of your check.

Call USCIS costumer service and/or visit your local office through an Infopass. It does look like an error to me. There is no reason for 2 biometrics appointment letters.
