Hello Everyone,

I am currently on a valid F-1 Visa and going to school, and I also applied for I730 REFUGEE ASYLEE RELATIVE PETITION which is pending? can I travel to Canada with my valid F-1 Visa while my case is pending without risking reentry denial in the US? Thanks

there is no problem if you a valid visa currently in your passport...
if you need to apply for visa i donot advice you.
my opinion is to stay here till you are sorted with i730 and get your travel document after approval
if you have humaneterian emmergency get parole though in itself its not guranteed like the travel document.
why the hassel just be patient and wait.. here
