i730 for my family

Hi,
I granted asylee after that I applied i730 my wife where she was at home country at that time.
My Wife has USA B1/B2 visa, so she came to USA before i730 approved. i730 process is still pending, so what should I do?
apply a separate i730 or call uscis for my wife is in USA now.

Ok , applying from the start now is very very slow, you were supposed to notify the USCIS when your wife arrived before they made the decision, now try to call and ask for tier 2 officer because the representatives don’t have any information about that, you also may hire attorney but be prepared for fees between $2000 to $3000.
