I have few questions regarding i730 for asyle petition relative
This is assuming after my wife been granted asyle
my questions is
1. If i apply for i730 after my wife got asyle but we have granted common law marriage in our states will this possible?
2. If my wife got Green Card but my status still pending for i730 , does it mean when i got approved i will get green card or i still got asyle status ?
3. if you check from processing time on USCIS your reciept date is within the processing time, how long does it take to know the answer if you got approve or not?
4. If you apply i730 to follow your wife and you still holding F1 student visa and still go to school will this help the chances for you to get approval?
5. what is the approval rates for i730 provided you still here in us legally?
6. How possible if your applying for adjusment status from asyle you got approved before your time processing is listed on USCIS, in the other words, your processing time is not within your application but you got approved earlier is that possible?
7. Is that true if you apply i730 you will not be fingerprint? thats is what the USCIS customer service told me.
please answer in order after the questions please, i would really appreciate it
if you guys have any story about this, i would like to hear it as well.
