I693 filing with i 485 for NIW physician

my niw physicians 1 140 is appproved. for filing for 1 485 should i file i 693 along with the i 485 or not. as you know it takes 5 years before a physicians i 485 case is adjudicated.

You do not need to. Will get an RFE close to the end of 5 yrs.Respond then.

Took about 1 year to get approval at nebraska service center.

Hi Crore,

Can I get EAD when I apply for NIW EB2 ?.
How long it will take to get EAD ?.
Is I140 needs to be cleared to get EAD or with pending I140 they will issue EAD ?.

I think it takes 3-6 months to get EAD. EAD, AP, I 140, I 485 can be filed all at once and should be filed together. One can get EAD while I 140 is pending. If its a case of J1 physician he/she cant use that EAD for 3 years until the J1 waiver commitment is over. J1 physician's spouse may use the EAD even during the 3 years.
