I539 denied, ?reentry before visa exp in 2 months?

I need urgent Help about my parents visa issues!!! Thank you!

My parents came to US on B2 last Sep and got 6 month on I-94 for stay. I filed for them for I-539 B2 extension before I-94 expiration. Just got the denial notice. They are required to depart before 6/15. Their initial visa for US entry will expire in mid Aug.

I am applying for citizenship and just got interview done. Probably will get my oath done soon.

My questions:
1. If I got my citizenship approved before 6/15, is it possible to file for my parents for GC application? If possible, will the I-539 denial affect the GC application status?
2. If they have to leave US, is it pooisble for them to re-entry before mid Aug expiration data of their initial visa? will the officer at POE grill them?

I really appreciate if someone could help me on this quickly since I am planning to book the plane ticket tomorrow if my parents have to leave.

They should spend more time outside US than they were here before reentry; leaving in June to reenter in August makes it appear as they are living in the US. They could be denied entry or granted only a brief stay.

Since you are applying for citizenship, you should really act like a good cirtizen and not ask how to abuse a visitor visa. Once you obtain your citizenship, you can file for their GC via consular processing.
