I have been in unpaid vecation for 5 months. My I140 is approved 4months back. So My employer is decided to file my I485. But I didnt have recent paystup, so My lawyer asked me to send latest w2 form. And I dont know when I will get my next project and get my paystup. this will create any problem in my I485 process. please help me how to solve this problem. still I have 4 years in my H1.
