just had the i485 interview (marriage based CD) and I got a pending note written in my passport. The interviewer said we will get the response in the mail. There was everything ok with the interview, the file, all the doc requested were given, the FBI NC cleared... I wonder why the case was not approved on the spot and now I am afraid for not knowing what's going on with the application. Did anyone experienced that? Wondering how long does it take to get their response.
