help anyone, i have been in removal proceedings since 2003,pending asylum,meet my now wife in 2010,get married in 2012,had 1st interview,followed by fingerprint and ead,had 2nd interview in march 2013,just received notice that my i130 has been approved and followed by an e mail notification that my i485 is in its initial interview stages,what happens next,questions 1, will my gc be mailed to my us address, 2,do i have to go infront of a judge, 3,if yes to question 2 what happens at these hearings, 4,am i facing any sort of deportation, 5,io also ask us to file an i601 waiver received notice it was received.any other information and experience will be greatly appreciated,thanks, i have a lawyer but i dont rely on him/her 100%.
