The online message for my case reads as follows-
"On October 10, 2002, we mailed a notice requesting that you appear for fingerprint recording. The notice also gave the times and location where this processing could be done. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address"
I had done my FP on Nov 1st 2002 but the online message never changed. I called the FBI and they confirmed my FP was cleared and forwarded to BCIS.
Is it normal for a message like this or should I do something (i.e call or fax BCIS)
