I have a few questions for those who kindly help us navigate in the immigration maze.
I have an I 485 -EB2 TscPending since 11/21/2007, approved I140 since 3/2/07
Now I am planning to get married to US citizen the questions are.
1-Do I need to abandon I485 and apply for AOS thruogh marriage or Can I do both?
2-I am from a predominantly muslim country and with extremely common name
so chances are high I am hoing to get stuck in name check,If I have to choose between the 2 applications which one sounds faster?
3-are there delays in AOS through marriage due to name check also or they make sure it is processed within a 2 year period.
