Hi guys,
I am new to this discussion group and I would like to share my case with you.
I filled my I140 on 10/13 this year going with I485 - not knowing about CP.
I know that in this moment I can change the AOS to CP by filling an I874, but my question is how long is it taking to be approved by VSC(they are saying 2-3 months but I saw people waiting for 1 year).
Also if I go with AOS.... I read your postings and I see that there is a big gap(usually 1 year) between the PD and RD of an I485. Why is this gap? What is happening in this period of time? Is it taking so much time to get a RD from VSC after our priority date?
