Hi Guyz, I recently got my labor approval (EB2) with PD as Aug 2004. I was wondering if I should go for CP or I-485 ? My wife plans to file for her H1b next year and I was wondering if my decision to file CP or I-485 would affect her as she is listed on my GC application.
I know according to the Aug bulletin, EB2 category dates are unavailable.....Is that going to change on Oct 1 when they release new visa numbers?
Based on my priority date, can I get my EAD or GC by Aug 2007?
