I485 transfered from Vermont to Texas Center

I-485 submitted on Feb, 2002 based on approved I-40
FP twice last in Jun, 2003
EAD has been renewed 4 times
Nov 2006, i got notice saying my fingerprint has been completed.
Feb, 2007 my I-485 is transfered from VM to Texas service center
I am contatcing my congressman, latest is pending security check..

Any suggestions? Why the case is moved to Texas and what else can I do. It's a bit concernning...
