After long time waiting (17 months, RD 5/7/01, RFE 1/24/02 TD 10/7/02), My case finally has some move. Due to the case complication, it is transfered to Boston local office. Anyone has experiences at Boston INS interview? What documents should I prepare? How long I can anticipate to receive the notice? Since I had failed on previous I485 case (based on marriage, my wife, now extra, screwed me), the interview is not surprise to me. But I am worried about what the INS is going to ask me. Are they going to give me trouble? Please help.
