I485 Transfer problem

As per online and phone our case is transfered to Phily office. I got even transfer notices from VSC.

This week I went to Phily office to check the status and worst thing happend. As per Phily Immigration officer my case is with TSC and spouse case is with Phily. That was shocking to me because I am the primary applicant I never stayed in Texas. Since begining our cases are with VSC. Officer told me that they can't even ask Texas to transfer the case to Phily because on their system it shows that my case is in process.

Also my EAD & AP transfered to Phily. Officer told me that they cannot do anything with these because the I485 case is not with them. I am really in trouble now because my EAD is getting expired in Dec and if I don't get EAD approval I don't know what happens.

Is anybody had similar situation. If yes what should I do in order to get my file to Phily.

What you need to do is

Apply EAD ASAP to your local center: TSC in this case.
Call up NSC and insist to speak to a supervisor and try to explain the situation
Apply for H-1 ( premium processing prefer)
Contact your local Senator/CongressMan to intervene and get your EAD atleast.
