Hi,
I filled my GC case in EB2 category( BSC with 5yrs experence). my case now has been transferred to Stlouis and an interview is probably to be scheduled by the local office( dont know when it can be). Any one in the same condn and what would be the interview like. waht would they ask and will my case be approved?
EB2( BS with 5yrs of experence),
Filled in CSC,
RFE in I140, Cleared after submitting experience letters
Changed emplyer but case processing still thru original company
applied for 3rd EAD card extn,
I485 transfered to Stlouis,
Possible case of interview.
Message on USCIS is
On October 29, 2004, we transferred your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status to our office in ST LOUIS, MO for them to schedule and conduct your interview. Scheduling can take several months. Our office in ST LOUIS, MO will notify you when they schedule your interview or take other action on your case. If you need further information, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.
