Hi every one,
Here is my case
I m working with current employer(A) full time from last 2 years and employer B filed my 485 for feature employment and I never work for employer B. My question is in case of RFE or interview
what documents I need to perpare in advance and from which employer (A or B)

my RD is feb 12 2002
and FP on 05/01/2002

thanx in advance

Why not contact an attorney of future Employer B and get the answers straight. It might be much easier for you. Just thought of give some tips to you.

Hi BostonGC2002
My position is same as yours. I am with company A and company B is doing my Green card. I got RFE for 2 month pay stubs, 2year tax returns and employment letter from company B.
I sent them. After 2 weeks case got transferred to Newark office.
I hope they will schedule interview before July 24th(My finger prints expire on that day).

BostonGC2002, My details are:
RD 11/28/01
ND 12/14/01
FP 4/24/02
RFE 5/12/03
RFE sent 5/23/03
BCIS recvd 5/29/03
transferred to Newark on 6/13/03

FromHyd, please keep us updated with your experiences. My case is exactly the same as your case. I have been working with A for 2 years and a company "B" is sponsoring my GC. It seems that all the future employment cases be called for cases.
Please update this forum with how the interview went and GOOD LUCK TO YOU.

How did you get pay stubs from company B when you never worked for them?

Paystubs are from company A. Employment letter only from company B.
