where do i enter in the tracker system ?

After how long do you have to wait to renew your IAD ? Do you have to if your H1 is valid ?

Does finger FP also needs to be renewed if you have not got your GC approval

About your other questions, you are ok to work on an H1 if it is still valid, but must people prefer to get an EAD cause they are free to change jobs/if they get laid off, they don't need a visa to work.

You have to renew the ead to continue working on it. Finger prints are valid for 15 months from the date they were received by INS - when they expire, you will get a fingerprinting notice to do them again!
