I need little help please.
I130+i485+I765 were submitted on 01/22/06
All the cheques were chashed
I recieved response back from USCIS
Got my Finger print done
Got EAD approved and Received EAD Card on April 22nd
Interview was on April 25th
In the interview we were in short of one document and INS officer asked us to mail that document in, other then every thing was ok. So we did mail back the document. Now I see on USCIS the case status of my I485 is approved, I130 is still pending. I have not received any mail or other request from USCIS at all. I called the 1800 number and they said it is kind of weird that the case status is Approved but no mail has not been send yet. So they opened a call with the local USCIS office. And I will have to wait for another 45 days to find out what is the actual hold up.
Any one else have seen this issue before. What should I do next?
